Group Counseling and Support Groups

Group Counseling and Support Groups can help us recognize we are not alone in the emotional challenges so many of us struggle with.

Support groups offer connectivity which other individuals that have similar struggles. Through support groups many people are able to process their experiences in a safe and supportive environment while supporting other individuals in their struggles and sharing with each other the coping skills that have helped and have not helped.

Group Counseling is a forum through with individual with similar experiences process their emotions and learn health coping skills while offering support to one another. Counselors would provide psychoeducation about the topic of the group and help learn health coping skills in overcoming their struggles. The purpose of group counseling is to treat the condition with education, thought and behavior changes.

Both the support group and group counseling sessions are currently Not active. When we have enough people interested to form a group, we will be able to have these resources available!
